NORMA 24

NORMA 24 - Interplay between research and teaching practice in mathematics education

NORMA 24, The Tenth Nordic Conference on Mathematics Education will take place in Denmark from the 4th to the 7th of June 2024 at Aarhus University, Campus Emdrup in Copenhagen.

NORMA 24 is hosted by NCUM, the national centre for developing mathematics teaching, and Danish School of Education, Aarhus University.  

The submission process for NORMA 24 will be open before 1st of November 2023 at NORMA 24 webpage. Early bird registration will be available until 30th of April 2024 at 3.000 DKK. The ordinary registration fee will be 3.500 DKK and open until 15th of May 2024.     

The NORMA conferences are organized in collaboration with NoRME​- the Nordic Society for Research in Mathematics Education, https://sites.google.com/view/norme/home, NoRME is open for membership from national societies for research in mathematics education in the Nordic and Baltic countries.

The NORMA conferences offer forum for discussions and constructive interactions among researchers, teachers, teacher educators, graduate students and others interested in mathematics education research in the Nordic context. NORMA are small-scale conferences that emphasize interaction between participants and interplay between scientific and social activities. NORMA 24 will have a limit of 320 participants. The conference language is English and all presentations will be in English. The scientific program and the review process are organized and managed by the  international program committee (IPC) for NORMA 24.
